Meet Sylvia Little,
A BCRPA Certified Langley Trainer
Sylvia is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Weight Training and Group Fitness. She has been teaching Langley fitness classes for BreakOut Fitness (formerly BreakOut Bootcamp) since 2012. Sylvia is also a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach, helping clients with healthy meal plans, workouts and 1-on-1 support.
Fitness has always been a part of her life and she loves showing others how fun and beneficial regular exercise can be.
